If you had an account on our old site, you will have received an email from us with a link to activate your account on this site - you will need to input your email and password again. If you have not received a link (please check your junk!) or are unable to activate the account - create a new account with the same email you used previously.
If you have a subscription with us, you will be able to access it - see 'How do I see and manage my subscription' below.
If you are looking for non-subscription orders you have previously made, they will not show up on your new account unfortunately. If you need information about a previous order you have made, please reach out using the form below with the necessary details - we still have access to all previous orders, don't worry.
Please create an account from the activation email you should have received - see 'How do I access my account?' above. Make sure you use the same email that your subscription was purchased on!
To see your subscriptions, visit Manage Subscriptions in the footer or in your account. If you see something you're not expecting please reach out on the form below and a Cheeky Panda will help you. Alternatively, you can change the billing period and all other details in the subscription portal yourself.
Check your billing info! Go to Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information > Card on file and update your card information.
